At Solnara Outdoors, we stand behind the quality, durability, and craftsmanship of every pergola, gazebo, and greenhouse we offer. Our outdoor structures are designed for long-term performance, and each product is backed by a 1-year limited warranty for added peace of mind.

Warranty Coverage

All Solnara Outdoors products include a 1-year limited warranty beginning on the date of delivery.

This warranty covers:

  • Structural framework and primary components

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

  • Hardware and integrated functional components

  • Core structural performance under normal residential use

Our goal is to ensure every outdoor structure performs reliably and meets our quality standards throughout ownership.

What Is Not Covered

The limited warranty does not include:

  • Normal wear and aging from outdoor exposure

  • Cosmetic changes such as fading, discoloration, or minor surface imperfections

  • Damage caused by improper assembly or installation

  • Misuse, neglect, or lack of maintenance

  • Unauthorized alterations or repairs

  • Commercial use unless previously approved

  • Damage caused by severe weather, natural disasters, or environmental conditions

  • Damage resulting from accidents or improper storage

Proof of Purchase

Warranty protection applies only to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.

A valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required for all warranty-related requests.

Coverage begins on the date the product is delivered.
