1. Order Preparation
Most orders are prepared within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information and delivery updates when available.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Methods
We currently offer free shipping across the United States and Canada.
For international shipments, a flat delivery fee may apply depending on the destination and product type.
To ensure safe transportation of large outdoor structures, we work with trusted freight and logistics partners experienced in handling oversized deliveries.
